Location:  OVERTIME SPORTS   121 SW 2nd Avenue Just North of PrincipalPark

 

Dates:  Dates to be determined (6 Week Program 5 Days per week)      Cost:  $ 200.00

 

Program Description: 

 

Overtime Sports is proud to present Fitness Boot Camp. Each session will last 45 minutes and include agilities, calisthenics, strenght training and fun obstacle courses. Classes will include: Body Mass Index and Resting Energy Expenditure testing. Each client will receive a personal diet plan individually cater to your normal eating habits.  Participants should wear shorts, t-shirt or tank top, and tennis shoes.  Water or a sports drink are also recommended and can be purchased at the facility.

Session 1 Monday 6:00 am Friday 6:45 am         

Session 3 Monday 8:00 am Friday 8:45 am

Session 2 Monday 7:00 am - Friday 7:45 am           

Session 4 Monday 8:00 pm  - Friday 8:45 pm
