Overtime Sports is pleased to offer this facility for membership use.  The objective

is to allow adult members the opportunity to work with their children on fundamentals and skill development in a positive  
environment.
Members will pay a one time set up fee of $50.00.  Members will pay a monthly membership of $60.00 due on the first of the
month.  Checks should be made payable to The Brickhouse.  A limited number of memberships are available for the facility. 
Once the limit is reached, those wishing to join will be placed on a waiting list.  
Clinics and lessons will be provided by the facility staff and invited instructors of the Brickhouse and Overtime Sports at an 

additional cost.  

 

General Rules and Regulations
1.  The facility is only for members and those paying for private lessons and clinics. Members are not allowed to bring guests.
2.  The facility will be open to members at select times each day.  A schedule will be posted and is subject to change.
3.  The facility will also schedule private lessons and clinics.  Most lessons and clinics will be scheduled outside membership time.
4.  A practice or lesson during membership time may occur.  In those instances members will be limited to the
    remaining space in the facility.  
5.  Members will be required to share the batting cages, pitching mounds and basketball court with other members.  
6.  Maximum of 30 minutes at a cage or pitching station at one time.  Please be courteous of other members.
7.  Pitching machines are not allowed in the cages without the direct supervision of the facility staff.
8.  Catchers working on catching skills or catching pitchers are required to wear a helmet and face mask.
9.  Hitters are required to wear a helmet in the cage.
10.  Only adults 18 years of age or older are allowed to pitch to hitters in the cage.
11.  Ground balls on the turf area are to be rolled by hand.  No fungos or hitting ground balls in the facility.
12.  All members under 18 years of age must be supervised by their parent/guardian at the facility. 
13.  A parent/guardian of another member may supervise other children that are members.
14.  Supervising adult members will not allow their children or those they supervise to throw or kick balls or use equipment
       that may damage the lights, walls, ceiling or other parts of the facility.
15.  All members will bring a pair of clean shoes to be worn in the facility and change into them at the bench area.
16.  The following are prohibited from the facility:  Cleated shoes, glass containers, food, sunflower seeds, chewing
       gum or tobacco, smoking and additional items that may be posted.
17.  Each member and their family is responsible for items brought to the facility.  
I have read and agree to follow the rules listed above and additional rules posted throughout the facility.  I understand that by
failing to maintain membership fees, violating the rules or becoming a detriment to the environment at the facility will result in  
termination of membership privileges.
